Abstrak

Distance learning of excellent service training for museums gave the lowest performance results compared to other trainings. The purpose of this study is to answer how teachers facilitate distance learning related to aspects of their teaching styles and strategies. The study method used a qualitative approach, the participants are two teachers. The results of the study indicate that learning has placed the trainees as subjects who have a role and independence to carry out their learning activities. But on the other hand, teachers also still have various obstacles in delivering this fun learning. This deficiency becomes an input for further improvement, especially the development of teaching styles and strategies for various participants who have different educational backgrounds, positions, and talents
