Abstrak

Abstract: The pandemic has had a huge impact on the provision of existing public services. This study aims to see how the behavior of the bureaucracy, government communication patterns and regulations applied in public services in the midst of a pandemic like this. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using literature review. The literature review is taken from previous research on public services during a pandemic that can support the data for this research. The results show that Consolidation for the adaptation of public services during the pandemic, especially for bureaucratic behavior, communication patterns and regulations, needs to be carried out by the government in a centralized manner accompanied by supervision as the dynamics of change follow the development of the situation so that public services for the community can continue to run in harmony, both for policy actors and the community as the goal of public service
