Abstrak

Slot Gacor - Perubahan iklim organisasi dan mutasi pegawai sebagai konsekuensi dari perubahan struktur organisasi merupakan hal yang menarik untuk obyek penelitian. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh iklim organisasi dan mutasi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BKPSDM Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para pegawai dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan apabila pengaruh variabel diukur parsial, maka: pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja terkategori lemah namun signifikan, pengaruh mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja terkategori lemah dan tidak signifikan, pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja terkategori lemah dan signifikan, pengaruh mutasi terhadap kinerja terkategori lemah dan tidak signifikan, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja terkategori lemah namun signifikan. Sedangkan apabila pengukuran simultan, maka: pengaruh iklim organisasi dan mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja terkategori moderat dan signifikan, serta pengaruh iklim organisasi, mutasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja terkategori moderat dan signifikan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di BKPSDM adalah memberi penghargaan yang adil, melaksanakan mutasi secara terencana dan berkala, serta meningkatkan komunikasi antar unit kerja agar tercipta sinergi untuk mencapai target-target kinerja yang telah ditetapkan. Abstract Changes in organizational climate and employee mutation as a consequence of changes in organizational structure are the interesting things for an object of research. This research is directed to explaine the influence of organizational climate and mutation through job satisfaction on employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires to employees and interviews. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The analysis shows that: The influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction is categorized as weak but significant. The influence of mutation on job satisfaction is categorized as weak and insignificant. The influence of organizational climate on employee performance is categorized weak and significant. The effect of mutations on employee performance is categorized weak and it is not significant. The efforts that can be made to improve employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency are by giving fair rewards to employee performance, carrying out mutations in a planned and periodic manner, and improving communication between work units so as to create synergies to achieve performance targets.
