Abstrak
The type of research is qualitative in nature with 40 respondents. Analysis of the data use dismultiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computer application program that is SPSS V.20. In this study it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive influence between work discipline on employee performance on the CV. MM Bakery, this is indicated by 2,858> 1,686 (t table) so that according to hypothesis testing is H0 rejected and H1 accepted (2) there is a positive influence between job description on employee performance on the CV. MM Bakery, this is indicated by 1,875> 1,686 (t table) so that according to hypothesis testing is H0 rejected and H1 accepted (3) there is a positive influence between work discipline and job description on employee performance on the CV. MM Bakery, this is indicated by 38,555> 3,425 (f table) so that according to hypothesis testing H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
