Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Job Description terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. MM Bakery Bekasi

Abstrak

The type of research is qualitative in nature with 40 respondents. Analysis of the data use dismultiple linear regression analysis with the help of a computer application program that is SPSS V.20. In this study it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive influence between work discipline on employee performance on the CV. MM Bakery, this is indicated by 2,858> 1,686 (t table) so that according to hypothesis testing is H0 rejected and H1 accepted (2) there is a positive influence between job description on employee performance on the CV. MM Bakery, this is indicated by 1,875> 1,686 (t table) so that according to hypothesis testing is H0 rejected and H1 accepted (3) there is a positive influence between work discipline and job description on employee performance on the CV. MM Bakery, this is indicated by 38,555> 3,425 (f table) so that according to hypothesis testing H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Keywords: Employee Performance, Job Description, Work Discipline
